Is the wireless business Internet managed and monitored?

Yes, all plans include Internet monitoring service at no cost. Customer IP addresses are tested and monitored every 60 seconds.

Do we need a special router/modem?

No, any router which supports PPPoE protocol can be used.

What installation method is used?

No penetration tripods will be used during installations by Nuday.

Can I cancel the agreement if the service quality is not satisfactory?

Yes, you can cancel at any time if the minimum bandwidth is not available, or you have less than 99.9% uptime in two consecutive months. No early cancelation penalties will be applied.

Can I cancel the service if I change my mind?

Yes, you can cancel within 30 days. You will only be charged for the setup fee and the first month of service.

How fast the service would be installed?

The installation will take place between two to five days after the order is received.

Can I add more than one static IP?

Yes, you can request a block of /29 IPv4 for $20/month or /28 IPv4 for $40 per month.

What is the latency on the wireless network?

The latency will range between 2ms to 10m (depending on the customer’s distance to the wireless tower).

What is your Service Level Agreement with regard to uptime warranty?

Nuday guarantees 99.9% uptime.

What is the cost of static IP per month?

Static IP costs $10/month on all plans.

What is the response time for a repair request?

Nuday guarantees a response time of two hours.

Do you have a flexible month-to-month agreement?

All prices on the website are based on a yearly agreement. However, monthly agreements can be arranged.
